Anahim Lake Parks & Gardens

This 112,000 hectare park is located within the West Chilcotin Uplands. Volcanic landforms, alpine forests and prospering wetlands are all found within the park, leading to a variety of recreational opportunities. Fishing, hiking and hunting are some of the park's most popular offered activities. The park is also home to southern BC's largest herd of woodland caribou. Access to the park is limited, as no roads enter the park's boundaries.

South of Eutsuk Lake, North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park gives way to Tweedsmuir South. Access to the southern section of the park is easier than the north end and canoeing the Turner lake Chain is a popular local activity. The park is home to a varied landscape, with shield volcanoes, flowing waterfalls and dense forests home to grizzlies, wolves, cougars and more.

North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park offers unlimited outdoor opportunities in one of BC's most beautiful regions. Boating, fishing, camping, hunting and hiking are all incredibly popular within the park's bounds. Access to the park is often by float plane or by paddling down the Nechako Reservoir, so all visitors must be self-sufficient and properly prepared before entering.
