Located on Sheridan Lake and surrounded by forest, Sheridan Park Resort is a wilderness getaway focusing on fishing. The lake's rainbow trout grow to 12 pounds, but a 17 pound fish is the resort's record. In winter, the resort's proximity to snowmobile trails atttracts yet another set of visitors to its lakefront cabins.
On the shores of Deka Lake this lodge rents waterfront cabins sleeping two to six people. Fishers can throw lines in the lake for lake trout, rainbow trout, kokanee and fresh water cod.
Las Des Roches Canadian Resort is a year-round property that offers one- and two-bedroom cabins, including some with full kitchens and fireplaces. Amenities include a licensed restaurant, a children's playground, a sauna, boat and canoe rentals and much more. Guests enjoy fishing for rainbow trout and swimming in the lake during the summer and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and skating in the winter.
